Identification of critical factors during job analysis is a fundamental requirement because it helps the supervisor to focus on employees’ efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness. The analysis, therefore, looks at the nature of the jobs, qualification needed, work environment, duties and responsibilities, compensable job factors, tools and equipment to use, skill and knowledge levels, and the performance measures (Greenhaus, Parasuraman & Wormley, 2010).
