Davis my staff and I have been hired by Middleville Regional Healthcare to identify and evaluate strategic performance and to also share issues from the responses that have been received from several leaders in the area. These findings will be shared with Governing Board and also CEO.Middleville Regional Healthcare is one of the three hospitals serving a community of approximately 350,000 people. The board not only selects and works with CEO, but it sustains its relationships over time. 3.Approve strategies and an annual budget to implement the mission; select the major lines of investment consistent with the mission and vision, balance the vision against financial expenses and needs, and approve plans for carrying the process. 4.Maintain the quality of care; identify goals for safe, effective, patient-centered, timely efficient, and equitable care and create an organization which will attract and retain the most competent physicians, nurses, and other caregivers.
