Marjory Gordon was a nursing theorist and professor who created a nursing assessment theory known as Gordon’s Functional Health Patterns. Gordon served as the first president of the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association from 1973 until 1988. She has been a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing since 1977 and was designated a Living Legend by the same organization in 2009.

This assignment will have 2 parts: an APA paper and a concept map. Complete the following:

Develop a paper using a nursing diagnosis for each of the 11 Gordon’s Functional Health Patterns Framework in proper North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA) format.
Utilize the same family from Week 3 to develop the 11 nursing diagnoses.
Develop a concept map using 3 of the priority nursing diagnoses for this family.
