A patient safety culture is imperative in ensuring that patients receive quality and cost-effective healthcare. Nurse Managers and team leaders in a unit have the responsibility of ensuring that a safety culture is established through an accurate tracking system characterized by monitoring and evaluation to ensure routine improvements.
